# Hyderabad reconciliation — 16 August 2026

The original pilot mixed public page counts, a platform CSV and desk-research leads. The canonical directory now uses one record per venue, stable IDs and one public eligibility rule.

- Retained: three direct operator or venue records, seven individually linked Playo records, four additional individually linked Playo leads and one District listing.
- Merged: the duplicate Pickleball Central research lead into the direct-source record.
- Excluded from public display: five names supported only by a general blog list, without a current individual venue or operator source at the point of reconciliation.

The result is 15 Hyderabad public records: three `verified` and 12 `reported`. This is still a partial index, not a city total.
