Methodology
Every structured record should show where it came from, how fresh it is and what we have not established. A listing is never a recommendation, site visit, endorsement or guarantee of availability.
Core record fields: source, source type, date checked, geographic scope, verification status, material definitions and notes on uncertainty.
Evidence labels
- Verified
- Checked against a current public primary venue/operator source or directly confirmed.
- Platform-reported
- Attributed to a current identifiable booking platform, not independently confirmed.
- Estimated
- Calculated from disclosed assumptions or incomplete evidence.
- Unverified
- A research lead; not published as a directory record.
Source hierarchy
- Current official venue/operator pages, booking pages and official business channels.
- Current third-party platform listings, visibly labelled.
- Organiser pages or reputable reporting, attributed and used only where relevant.
- Reader submissions as leads, never as published facts without an attributable source.
Updates and corrections
Fast-changing information such as prices, venue status, schedules and product availability shows a check date. To report an update, email pickleball.hero7@gmail.com with the relevant URL, correction and supporting public source. Read the full corrections policy.
