What this pilot establishes
Different associations publish different event records and ranking language. A useful national record must preserve the issuer rather than flatten all events into one unqualified list. This pilot demonstrates the fields we will use: event name, dates, location, named publisher, stated classification, categories where published, prize money where published, source and check date.
What it does not establish
This page does not count every tournament in India, confirm the current registration status of listed events, assess an organiser, verify draw sizes or prize distribution, or produce a combined national ranking. Events omitted here may exist; the present limitation is the scope of our source-checked pilot.
Next update
Future releases will add records only from attributable organiser, association or official event sources, preserve historical snapshots and mark cancellation, postponement or result status only where a source supports it. Material corrections can be submitted through our corrections policy.
